Framlingham Hockey Club originally started out as Carlton Park Ladies, we then became affiliated with Framlingham Sports Club and rightly had a name change.
The club currently consists of two ladies teams, a junior girls team and a junior boys team. The latter was started in September 2017 with help from Sport England lottery funding.
Through the development of the boys' squad, the aim is to eventually have a men's team playing regular league hockey.
All our matches are played on a Saturday and home matches are played on either of the two astro turf pitches at Framlingham College.
The first team are currently playing in the East Region, Division 3 North East (South). The second team are in the East League, Division 4, North East (South).
Juniors U12's and U8's play informal mini tournaments with local clubs and In2hockey tournaments.
Training is on Wednesday evenings 6.00pm to 7.00pm for junior boys and girls (9-12 years) and 7.00pm to 8.30pm for seniors (13 years and over).
Ages from 9 years upwards and all abilities welcome.
6-8 year old boys and girls training sessions will become available soon check the news page for more information.
